Aufgaben
- As our working student, you will implement and maintain tools and components as part of our test (automation) platform, such as scripts, pipelines, plugins, services, frontends and dashboards.
- Your area of responsibility includes the maintenance and further development of our test (automation) infrastructure, such as Linux, macOS and Docker.
- In addition, you will support the development and testing teams in testing our Smart Home system, which includes Android/iOS app, controllers, intelligent sensors and actuators.
- Furthermore, you will maintain our test lab.
- Last but not least, you will evaluate development and testing tools.
Profil
- Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable, preferably from the 3. semester onwards
- Experience and Knowledge: with Linux; good knowledge of software development, preferably Java or Python; ideally, knowledge of NodeJS and experience with build tools (Gradle, Jenkins)
- Personality and Working Practice: you are an independent, flexible individual with a strong commitment to quality
- Work Routine: willingness to work in the office at least once a week
- Enthusiasm: an interest in smart home products and the Internet of Things
- Languages: good in English
