Aufgaben
- As our working student, you will manage and organize technical equipment and support general office operations to ensure efficiency.
- You will ensure smooth operation of office hardware, including workplaces, infrastructure and network, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for team members.
- Furthermore, you will help our team to create a new innovative office concept, working with the Apple Vision Pro, Ray Ben Neo and other new technologies, and help us to implement the infrastructure of our Metaverse Lab.
- Last but not least, you will prepare and configure new workstations, including hardware, software and peripherals.
Profil
- Education: preferably Bachelor studies in the field of Computer Engineering, Media Informatics, Computer Science, IT Management, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: basic knowledge of networking and system administration; experience with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux); solid understanding of IT systems, hardware and software; ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; knowledge of IT security and system updates is an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you excel at quickly grasping complex issues, organizing them effectively; your proactive and hands-on approach ensures reliable and detail-oriented execution, while your strong organizational and multitasking skills enable excellent communication
- Enthusiasm for technology, hardware and IT systems, for creating efficient and functional office environments, for solving technical challenges and optimizing workflows, for working as part of a team
- Languages: business fluent in German and English
