We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Consultant / Process Expert to lead and support production-related business processes within the automotive industry. This hybrid role bridges the gap between business process excellence and SAP system optimization, ensuring robust, scalable, and future-ready production operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the automotive sector, and a strong grasp of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and QM (Quality Management).

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on PP & QM and manufacturing execution processes.
– Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (e.g., discrete manufacturing, assembly line production, quality inspection)
– Familiarity with MES integration, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 concepts
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
– SAP certification in PP or related modules.
– Exposure to tools such as Jira, Solution Manager

Key Responsibilities
Process Consulting:
– Analyze, optimize, and document production processes aligned with industry best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
– Lead process design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders including manufacturing, logistics, quality, and planning.
– Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or digitization in the production lifecycle.
– Develop business requirements and functional specifications based on operational needs.
